Die gesamte Anlage sowie unser Zimmer war sehr ästhetisch und gepflegt. Zimmer sauber. Der kostenlose Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen war eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit. Ebenso die Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer und die Nespresso-Maschine. Die Mitarbeitenden waren nett und bemüht. Das Essen war auch gut, man hat immer etwas gefunden, das geschmeckt hat. Der Laganas Beach war Mitte September zwar immer noch recht belebt, aber zum Baden eignet er sich super, flach abfallend, feiner Sand, klares Wasser.

The Hotel is very well located in the middle of Lagana, at the Beach. The rooms are a little bit small but comfortable. The two pools of the resort are big enough and there are a lot of comfortable sunbeds available, also on the beach. There is also a big Terrasse in boho style to chill and relax. The served food is good, lots of sea food, pasta and rice. The Hotel driver was very kind and picked us up from the airport with a Tesla Car and the drive was very fun and took just a few minutes. Communication with Hotel before arriving was very good and reliable. Laganas Main Road with lots of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops is very close, you can walk 3-4 minutes. From Pool Area you can directly reach the beach.

I loved the friendliness of all staff but Especially to mention was the friendliness of Stelios and Zanet, who really make an effort to make the vacation of everyone as pleasant as possible.

Hôtel réellement sur la plage , piscine top.La chambre était bien aménagée de sorte à ce rende même pas compte que cela ne fait que 16m2. Séjour très agréable , avec un service all inclusive au top.Près de la rue des bars mais assez éloigné pour n’entendre aucun bruit de fête c’est vraiment top.

Alojamento muito bom. A dois passos da praia, cozinha mediterrânea com comida boa.Fomos os primeiros hóspedes pós-covid e nos trataram super bem. Muito atenciosos.Tivemos um problema no nosso quarto e pronto resolveram a situação(mudáramo-nos de quarto)O atendimento por parte dos profissionais foi excelente, desde quem trabalhava nos bares, cozinha, limpeza, recepção e o próprio gerente.Nada a apontar…só tenho coisas boas a dizer.Obrigado pela hospitalidade e como nos trataram!! Tornaram as nossas férias ainda mais especiais.E um muito obrigado por ajudar a organizar a festa surpresa de aniversário da minha namorada.Um bem haja a todos..

Einfach alles war perfekt! Das Personal extrem freundlich & das Hotel wie auch der Pool sehr sauber!Wir hatten das Zimmer inklusive Frühstück gebucht, dieses war jeden Tag etwas anders, aber immer ausgesprochen lecker.Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne her & können das Hotel nur empfehlen! :)

I really enjoyed the trip. I was able to rest safely without any worries. The food is fantastic. I went to meals three times a day and in the intervals between meals I ate delicious fluffy waffles covered with chocolate. There were also other snacks such as spaghetti, pancakes and more. My room was very clean and stylishly decorated. There was no loud music playing so I had no problem falling asleep. Music in general is very nice in the restaurant area (I recognize good speakers). I didn't have mosquitoes in my room either. The service was very friendly. Friendly waiters, a receptionist, and especially a cook with food (snacks). The hotel is right by the sea, so immediately after taking a bath I could take a shower in my own room. This is the best hotel I have been to so far. I will definitely come back here again and take my family.

We stayed at Gardelli resort on all inclusive for our honeymoon. Zanet the general manager arranged for Mr. Stelios to collect us from the port when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special.Irene and Andreas at reception were very helpful. The waiter Dimitris was there every evening and couldn't have been nicer. He and Stelios really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.The two bar tenders Adonis and Kostas make the best cocktails we had while we were on honeymoon. I highly recommend the zombie.The pools are lovely and the hotel couldn't be located better as it is right on the beach. The sun loungers around the pool are included in the price of the room but the ones on the beach are at an additional cost.The food was actually very nice and diverse for a buffet style. Each day the menu was different and had something new to offer.The snack bar was also a lovely option in between lunch and dinner if you are peckish.
